• Papers can be sent to respective department co-ordinators throughout the year.


• Department coordinators in discussion with associate editors & editor-in-chief will decide the issue in which the corresponding department papers will be published.


• IEEE 2 column Format for the papers can be downloaded here


• ISSN Number of the magazine to be put at the top right header of the paper.


• Page numbers for the respective issues of the respective department will be alloted in discussion with the publication coordinators. Department faculty coordinators will coordinate for the same with publication coordinators.


• Copyright form for all the accepted papers to be published in the magazine can be downloaded here


• There is no publication charge and page charge for the papers to be published in the TECHNOFOCUS journal.
